Venceremos fue fundado en ei 2019 por Magaly Licolli y un grupo de trabajadoras avicolas latinas en Arkansas que han estado luchando durante anos para cambiar las condiciones de trabajo en las plantas de pollo.

Venceremos was founded in 2019 by Magaly Licolli and a coalition of Latina poultry workers in Arkansas who have fought for years to change the working conditions in chicken plants.

En 2020, Venceremos recibio el premio Champions of Social Justice Award de Arkansas Support Network y el premio Food Justice Award 2020 de Food Chain Workers Alliance.

In 2020, Venceremos received the Champions of Social Justice Award from the Arkansas Support Network and the Food Justice Award 2020 from the Food Chain Workers Alliance.

Venceremos se ha convertido en una organizacion clave a nivel nacional para los trabajadores avicolas que se estan organizando y movilizando activamente tanto dentro como fuera de Arkansas.

Venceremos has become a key organization at the national level for poultry workers who are actively organizing and mobilizing both inside and outside of Arkansas.

Nuestra estrategia se basa en empoderar las voces de los trabajadores avicolas que a menudo son silenciadas.

Our strategy is based on empowering the voices of poultry workers who are often silenced.

Uno de nuestros principales objetivos es dar a los trabajadores la oportunidad de hablar publicamente sobre sus historias.

One of our main objectives is to give workers the opportunity to speak publicly about their stories.

Hemos trabajado arduamente para dar entrevistas a los trabajadores en diferentes medios de comunicacion como The Guardian, The New York Review of Books, The New York Times Style Magazine, Vox Media, The Problem with Jon Steward y Jacobin Magazine entra otros.

We have worked hard to give interviews to workers in different media outlets such as The Guardian, The New York Review of Books, The New York Times Style Magazine, Vox Media, The Problem with Jon Stewart, and Jacobin Magazine (among others).
